I am, I still can't believe it! We BD 2x ... it wasn't ideal, but there's only so much you can control with this stuff! I wanted to do an 0-2 and an 0 day but ended up with an 0-1 and 0. I was more comfortable DTD again on O day than having 1 attempt so far before O. We'll see how that worked out; if my sway "fails" though I don't really think I'll blame timing. Probably just blame the luck of the draw, KWIM? Hoping it is blue but definitely preparing myself for another girl, 'cause it could definitely happen!

Since estrogen = lower temps and prog = higher temps, and some people believe that higher estrogen = boys and higher prog = girls, some people think that if their temps overall go down, that means they're higher in estrogen and lower in progesterone and therefore more likely to conceive a baby boy.

I do not think we should read too much into our temps though because we aren't even sure that lower progesterone even MEANS more girls are conceived. It's just a theory and not even a well proven one. We also are not sure that higher e and lower p even translates directly into overall temperatures that way.

Well, in all honesty, I am not super accurate with my temps anyway, so I don't think I could go by this, even if it meant something. I usually take my temp between 5:30 and 6:30, but occasionally I sleep a little later. I know this means my temps can't be completely reliable, but it's the best I can do.
