Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Made sure I ate a low glycemic snack at least every two hours to make sure my glucose levels were stable. Gained 5kg in the process.

4 months of HE diet, 6 weeks of supplements.

Lots of nuts,fruits and vegetables as well as varied sources of protein and carbs.

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

I had 5 meals and 4 heavy snacks. Lots of nuts, fruits, vegetables. I also tried to get a larger variety of food in my diet (I'm usually a picky eater)

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I started off slightly underweight (48kg) which is what I usually weigh. I slowly gained weight until I got to about 53kg.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I was generally excited about it and was happy with my weight gain and felt it would make a difference since both my earlier pregnancies I was quite underweight when I conceived.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I O'd early so didn't take the mucinex for as long as I had hoped and I didn;t have much CM (I rarely do).
