Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I had no problem eating the HE diet, I realised that my normal diet was probably 90% there anyway. I did add potatoes to some evening meals as I'm not a big fan anyway.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

His diet is naturally similar to mine, but he drinks only about one cup of coffee/day and rarely drinks alcohol.

DId you consume alcohol?

I did drink a lot of lime and lemon water as well as soda water.

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

I don't drink much alcohol normally and with an ideal sway I would have avoided it altogether as I feel it depletes me, however I did conceive over the festive season and therefore my willpower for abstinence was reduced!

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

My weight was 64kg, my BMI was 22.9. I did put on a bit of weight on the diet, probably only 1.5 kg though.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I already ran about 4-5 times a week and continued with that, I didn't do any weights. However, I was toned rather than skinny when I conceived.

If my sway is successful I think that BD frequency may well have been important for us. DH (sorry hon!) self releases every morning every single day, pretty much. This included when we'd conceived our daughters. So stopping this and only having an orgasm with BDing was a huge change for him. I'm sure I noticed a change in volume as a result (sorry if TMI).

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I don't have a lot of CM normally and I'm hopeful that preseed may have improved things. When I conceived i was pretty fit and healthy and I hd no difficulty at all with the diet. I do think that BD frequency may have helped as well, given that it was a real change in DH's usual "release" pattern.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I'm quite old and I'm still breastfeeding (including night feeds) both of which sway pink.

Things worth mentioning:

This time I ovulated from my right ovary, the last three times I was pregnant it was from the left.
