Thanks ladies, not so sure it was a great sway because DH's a vegetarian & smokes "special cigs" too so i can only hope that my diet compensated for those issues

TTTC5, i took Ural on days when i was at work & bsd when i was home. It was easier just to use the Ural packets at work rather than mix bsd/cot & besides my work collegues would wonder what the hell i was doing

DH's a vegetarian & smokes "special cigs"

What are 'special cigs'? Plain old cigs with nicotine or "herbal" YKWIM? I mean, if he is vegetarian, then he is obviously taking care of his health, so why ciggies? Can't you talk him to stop smoking?

My DH feels very strong AGAINST smoking, this post is his influence lol!

I've tried to ask him to stop but he only cut down, he's smoked forever & quite honestly i dont think he'll give up. He smokes the herbal kind mixed with nicotine
