Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I stopped skipping breakfast like I used to in the past. I always snacked on raw almonds and fruit and ate plenty of protein and lots of meat and eggs.

I was on the diet for 4 months.

DH somewhat changed his diet. He is usually a small eater so he ate more meat, fruit and nuts.
