I stopped skipping breakfast like I used in the past. I always snaked on nuts like almonds and dry fruit like figs. Ate more red meats and eggs.

Yes, I was exercise for about 1 years, but put it off some time. But exercise 1 months before BFP. Put on about 10 lb total.

I was going to skip this month because DH was sick during my O week. We did -7, -5 and did not dtd again after. It was a big surprised I got a BFP this month. From the past 7 months of TTC, always try to DTD on -2, -1, and O but did not success. This baby must meant to be.

This will be my last baby. I hope this will be my boy.

TTC for 1 year with out success, bought "Ova boost" and taking it for 3 weeks before BFP.
