Vitamin D levels came back on 4dpo from two weeks prior, and showed vitamin d at a level 18! Immediately put on 50,000 IU vitamin D every other day, and I started 4dpo.

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

We naturally eat a high protein diet. Added full fat dairy in form of whole milk and yogurt.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

Pretty much always high protein. I've really been focusing on adding full fat dairy to DH and I's diets for the last several months.

Did you skip breakfast regularly?

No

Comments regarding DH's diet-

Same as mine. Also tried to get him from drinking so many beers on the weekend. Although, his sperm results came back the day I got my BFP and they were perfect. So poo poo on me, drink it up!

DId you consume alcohol?

Yes, I cutback

Any Diet Details?

I tried to cutback on soda in general, although I had a Mountain Dew the day I found out I was pregnant. Darn! Switched to one cup of coffee a day 3-4 months ago. However, twice a week I'll get another afternoon cup.

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

I'm not a drinker, but like a hard apple cider a couple of nights a week during busy seasona t work-which is now!

I do yoga 3-4x a week. The week after ovulation my yoga studio started a 30 day challenge, so I've been going even more since the first week of the tww.

Things worth mentioning:

Due June 5, 2015, which is 5 days before my birthday! Had an HSG on cd 12 since we were doing the testing with the RE. It made me ovulate two days early. I fully credit it to clearing out any cobwebs even though I had no blockages! CM was abundant naturally!mi have an apt today to start clomid, but got my BFP instead. God is good!

Congrats!!! Its amazing how many times i hear this happen. People get perscribed fertility meds or make an appt 4 fertility specialist then find out their actually pregnant!

Sorry so long on the update! I've been on bedrest with hyperemesis. It's been a tough pregnancy, but We are having a !!! Everyone was so sure it was a boy, but I dreamed it was a girl with curly hair. Bring on the pink (my favorite color!) This site was invaluable to me, and I thank everyone for their help!
