It will say the spermicide ones on the label. Just be sure to read the label before buying them. I don't recommend brands as there are so many all around the world and I'd never be able to keep up with all of them.

If you want to get a plan then just go to the top of the page, it says "membership and plans" and then click that open, and you'll see the option for the Customized/Personalized Plan and then once you buy it, you'll be directed to a questionnaire where you can fill it out and then I make a plan for you. I will also be your coach.

Take a look at the meal plan and see if it is helpful to you, there are actually some vegetarian options in it and you can just substitute in meat replacements like beans or quorn and similar things. If you dont' think it is helpful I will give you a refund.
