Calcium Intake(Please describe) Some in my multivitamin, fullfat milk in my cereal, about 200ml a day

Potassium Intake(Please describe) Multivitamin, but small amount, so I eat 3-4 bananas a day, tomato soup few times a week, potatos carots every day
Sodium Intake(Please describe) I put salt in every meal

Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I try to adjust HE diet to my climat, i dont have here a lot of stuff that is here mentioned. I never ate cereals, that is biggest change, any breakfast at all, just big cup of cofee, was eating very unhealthy, and Im eating now more meat, dont drink cola or anythyng like that anymore. I lived on diary products, and now I just take that milk in cereals

DId you try to limit caffeine? Yes, I had 1 drink per day
Any Diet Details? My other 2 cups of cofee i changed to one green tea cup.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? Im snacking all day, just cant avoid that as my girls are snackers too, so i dont even think about it,
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? I dont measure myself, i have about 5kg more than before pregnancies with girls, and with this diet I have additional 3-4 kgs. My usual weight was 47-50kg and now I have about 55-60.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I exercise at home for about 5 times a week, weights, squats (and many more but dont know to translate)

pH Before Starting a Sway Program, if known Think it was lower tnan 5, measuring now its 5-6 , and about 6-7 in fertile period.
Any VG potions used?
CM pH at attempt Im honna try to make it higher that usual with bsd and lemonwater, there is very little stuff i can find that you recomand

Any additional comments? With multiple attempts we got babygirls so we will try another way, and its very hard to plan to baby dance with two very active girlies around, that dont sleep to much and need mommys atention, im 24/7 mommy and housewife, very rare is someone babysitting
Any relevant attempt details? Now we are using protection and planing to dh abstain for 4 days than dtd when detect ovulation. The ttc month I will do foliculometry so I can be sure when I ovulate. I use bbt charts and opk tests also.
Did you do anything with Ions? Will turn on 2comps in room, air conditioner, phone, not so sure about moon phase but i think it will be on waning crescent and moon sign cancer. That is based on my calendar ov ovul, but maybe my cycle go longer so the moon will change

Did you use any Old Wives Tales? Boy outfil under the bed, i calculate my years in chinese to compare with chinese gender calendar, it is blue for our ttc months, also is true for my two girls
Things that make me feel great about my sway: My changes in menu and lifestyle, breakfast and multivitamins , that i never used! Mh taking cold showers and trying to cool that area
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Moon phase, its close to new moon so makes me very nervous. My ph also, if i couldnt be able to raise it
Things worth mentioning: Dh drinks beer couple times a week, doing weights also.
If I forgot to mention somethig i will do when i remember, if i can add something or do anything more, please give me advise
