Please help with BOY sway plan :)
Ok so this is going to be my plan for when my husband reverses his vasectomy towards the end of the year. The doctor says to start trying right away. I have 1 son and 1 daughter now. Conceived son on ovulation and sister was before sometime and not planned out. Both only 1 attempt. Please let me know if there’s any suggestions
Diet for mom-
Breakfast is cereal usually or breakfast burrito
Snack peanut butter and banana or oatmeal with chocolate chips, protein shakes.
Lunch is eggs usually with diced potatoes or avocado or turkey sandwich w chips
Dinner is usually tacos, spaghetti, burgers, chef salads, sometimes steak. easy things but always with meat and some vegetables. Is spinach ok?
I’m 5’4.5 about 125 so BMI is like 18-20? Idk
Supps- mom- this is what I plan on taking. Do I take all at once? Already taking folic acid....folic acid, vit D, multivitamin or prenatal, probiotic.
Hubby- men’s over 50 multivitamin and vitamin D.
When ever he’s up for it I’ll have him release every 2-4 days to get it flowing again. I’m planning on BD evening of day of opk positive, the next morning and next evening on what may be O day. Then maybe next ‘O+1’ too. Doggy, of course.

Very much like what I ate when I got my boys! Spinach is fine!

One cup of coffee seems to be ok especially if you're used to it. Yes I've always had 1 cup of coffee and then LOTS of tea in addition to that. With my girl, I had no tea and 3-5 cups.
Oh and one more thing - what kind of protein shake?

Whey is better than soy - please avoid soy at all costs. But I do prefer you guys have smoothies that you make yourself and keep the protein powders minimal. the man-made foods seem to sway pink more than real foods do.

Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
Not sure where to ask not TTC
