Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Started having breakfast regularly. I used to skip breakfast previously and used to have a coffee and a breakfast bar late in the morning after about 4-5 hours of waking up. During the TTC phase, I changed it to have breakfast within an hour of waking up.
I added V8 juices, coconut water, conscious decision to include protein in every meal. Being a vegetarian, I never focussed previously on protein intake. Consumed nuts regularly and ate really well. Previously I was not eating as much.

Yes, I cutback. I may have had max 5 coffees in the 3 months of TTC.
Any Diet Details?
I made a very detailed diet plan but could not follow as it was too much for me.
Breakfast:
Cereals/Muesli/Granola with full fat milk or yoghurt and honey. V8 juice
snacking:
fruits (banana, pineapple, mango, apples, berries,..), nuts, sometimes cheese, coconut water
lunch- generally vegetables and some legumes with rice.
snacking again – Avocado with salt and lemon and sometimes NYF.
dinner – vegetarian pasta, fried rice with vegetables, pizza, bread with curry
bedtime snack – peanut butter sandwiches or cereals. Sometimes just a spoonful of peanut butter or a banana.
Sipped on lemon water throughout the day and have been cooking in coconut oil for more than 1.5 years. I also added yeast flakes to avocado in the last 15 days perhaps once a week.I sipped coconut water throughout the day. Generally, I ate very well compared to my pre TTC phase and when I had my daughter. I gained a lot of weight as a result. I had gained 4 Kilos in mid 2018 just before my miscarriage. I then gained atleast 5 kilos while TTC. I was normal weight and normal BMI before all this but now, I am overweight.. will shed the kilos post pregnancy.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I tried including eggs in my diet but didn't like it. So, consumed it in other ways like mayo, dressings etc..but not frequently.

Tried to exercise 3-4x week. did youtube sports videos at home and walking. I think this is where I think I didn’t do enough.

Made sure I used preseed in all my attempts although had good EWCM.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I was eating well.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Didn’t do as many attempts as we planned. Also, I lagged in the exercise aspect.
Things worth mentioning:
Atomic was there every step of the way to answer my questions and to provide guidance. She has been an absolute bliss for me.
