What sugar can I eat?
Hi all!!! I am currently trying for a boy and wondered what sugar I can eat? I like to put some sugar in my Weetabix in the morning... But not sure if I can have sugar?
Is white sugar or brown sugar better?
TIA :-)

Yes you can have some sugar!! I have 4 boys and ALWAYS had sugar on cereal!!!
I know a couple sway sites claim sugar is "acidic" but the acid-alkaline diet doesn't work at all and has been totally debunked. Sugar is fine on the blue diet as long as you're having it alongside other foods rather than instead of.
So to give an example: DO have a bowl of Weetabix with whole milk or full fat yogurt and some fruit or nuts to add a bit of protein and fiber, and having sugar is fine
DON"T have Rice Krispies (they are pure carbs, no fiber, and are basically sugar in a different form ) with rice milk (again, pure carbs) or skim milk (high carbs) and more sugar on top of that.

Hi Atomic, is Weetabix at all allowed while swaying pink?

No because it's fortified. Fortified breakfast food is the only food ever shown in a real study (rather than a fake one done by someone selling a secret gender sway diet) to be associated with more boys conceived.
