Hi!
I asked you a question on your other thread with the pictures on it.
The evening primrose oil should be dropped. We got very bad results with that.
I prefer you guys take only 500 mg so please take the 1000 only every other day to compensate
I do not recommend Alka Seltzer or BSF.
I suggest weight lifting exercise but some cardio is ok to prevent excss weight gain.
DH should not be taking that extra zinc in addition to the vitamin which already has zinc.
He needs to take the fish oil every other day.

Diet:
DW:
What are you having for milk?
Banana and biscuits is pure carbs without any protein. I would try to add something with protein.
DH:
Does he have any protein for breakfast?? It's less important for him than it is for you but it might help if he's not.

Yes absolutely! I ate tons of cheese and yogurt when I got my boys.
He really doesn't need to eat as much as you. It is YOUR diet that makes the difference, his is much less important because he is not the one who needs to carry a baby!

AS, would a bowl of cashews or peanuts around be good protein snacking? Sounds lovely with a bit of chopped cheese, omg making me so hungry!

I prefer almonds, walnuts, and cashews to peanuts. Peanuts have a higher amount of the "bad" fats we try to keep in limits. They're ok, but I like the other nuts better.
I REGULARLY (and I am talking 2-3 times a week) would eat cashews as a snack. I LOVE CASHEWS!! This is in addition to eating 1/2 cup of nuts or ****d cheese every morning for breakfast for 5+ years during which time I got my 3rd and 4th boy.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
