Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I had been doing a low carb/intermittent fasting lifestyle 2 months prior to swaying- this makes me nervous... but I did change my diet back to HE for about 2 months prior to this BFP.
-I've been drinking lots of black tea (but haven't cut out coffee)
-whole milk, cream, cheese, dairy daily
-snacking on nuts daily (almonds, cashews, Brazil nuts)
-lots of fresh green and veg daily
-protein at every meal
-green tea or lemon water 1-3x a week
-dark choc 1-2x a week

Did DH change his diet with you? No
Comments regarding DH's diet- -
DId you consume alcohol?- A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details? I drank more than I wanted to- it was never more than 3x a week. Occasional 2-3 glasses of wine maybe 1x a week or less.
I tried to cut back coffee but ended up having either coffee or black tea daily.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 184 2 months prior to attempt- 188lbs at attempt. Increased by 4 lbs.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? -weight training 3-4x a week,
-outdoor walks 1-2x a week
-light cardio 2-3x a week (10,15min)

Things that make me feel great about my sway: My supplements, dairy increase and workouts were excellent- I worked out more efficiently and became fitter with this attempt than I did with my previous successful blue.
We also had more frequent unprotected BD leading up to the attempt and O week than my previous sway.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: 2 months before my sway I was on a low carb, intermittent fasting diet focused on weight loss (I have a higher bmi)
I’m worried this may have effected me negatively somehow...
I also had a IUD removed in September this year- this also makes me nervous as there’s really no solid info on the effects when it comes to swaying.
