Any additional supplement info? DW: Women's One a Day prenatal and probiotics. DH also took probiotics. DH and DW also took CoQ10. We had also started taking wheatgrass supplements for a bit (maybe about 2 weeks before O during the month that we conceived).

Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I added pineapple coconut water around ovulation. We tried our best to drink lemon water every morning but I wasn't always consistent. I had also started eating scrambled eggs cooked with butter pretty regularly.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? Began HE diet 3 months prior to first attempt and continued until BFP.
Did you skip breakfast regularly? No
Did DH change his diet with you? Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet- DH pretty much just ate what I was eating.
DId you consume alcohol?- A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine? Yes, I cutback
Any Diet Details? I tried to cutback on coffee and did well most days. I tried to substitute black tea for coffee in the morning and did this pretty often.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? BMI was 23. I gained about 5 pounds while on the HE diet.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I was exercising approximately 2-3 times per week at a kickboxing gym. The workouts are a whole body workout that includes cardio and light weight lifting with dumbbells. I was not getting much exercise outside of that as I had been working from home. My husband was going to the gym and lifting weights approximately twice per week but wasn't always very consistent.

Any additional comments? DH was releasing every 2-4 days for the most part. He would release inside me when possible. This wasn't always possible because he was working away from home quite a bit. We began following the Sperm Meets Egg Plan during the month that we conceived.
Any relevant attempt details? I made sure to have a big O during the attempt on Ovulation day. We DTD in various positions but we finished missionary with my legs over his shoulders, sometimes with a pillow underneath me. I left my hips elevated on the pillow for approximately 15 minutes afterwards and then laid on my belly for another 15 minutes or so. There were at least a couple of times that I just fell asleep afterwards.
Did you do anything with Ions? No

Did you use any Old Wives Tales? DH wore compression socks during a couple of our attempts because he heard that it helps. Lol.
Things that make me feel great about my sway: We tried our best to follow the plan. I had previously consumed lots of coffee, artificial sweetener (including Coke Zero) and skipped breakfast. This was a major change in my diet that I believe made a difference.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: We weren't super strict about following the plan. I wasn't always great about taking all of my supplements all the time. I also wanted DH to cut down on his beer intake... he cut down some but I think he could have done a better job.
Things worth mentioning: I'm not sure that it helped at all but I read somewhere that using Irish Spring body soap is good for vaginal ph. I figured that it couldn't hurt, so I switched to this soap maybe about a month or two prior to getting a BFP.
Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
