Mommasita's Girl Sway - sad update

***Update***
I found out today, after an agonizing week of knowing this was likely going to happen, my baby died at 6 weeks 4 days. At my dating ultrasound last week I found out the baby was a week behind in growth, and had a slow heart rate of 87 bpm. At a follow-up ultrasound there was no heart beat, and the baby was only 6 weeks and 4 days. I am devastated.


So, I found out a couple of days ago we are pregnant! We lightened up a little this cycle on the swaying because we were not getting pregnant, but I am still hopeful. Here is our sway:

LE diet, only ate three times a day, kept calories and nutritional value low.
Supplements: Folic Acid, Acidophilus, Cranberry, Vitex (CD 1-14)
I O'd 3 days earlier than normal
Drank tonnes of Crystal Lite
Drank 3 cups of peppermint tea each day
Stopped exercising
DH and I BD'd several days in a row, and her couldn't perform at O-3, he managed to BD every day on O-2, O-1, O, and O+1. But, supply was low.
I get very little sleep. DD regularly wakes every 2 hours or so at night, and we're up for the day every morning at 5:30.
I was BFing (I cut off cold turkey during the 2WW)
I eliminated all red meat from my diet, and cut wayyy back on protein.

Using an Zytrec (Reactine here in Canada)

Hopefully it was enough! Keep your fingers crossed for us!
