Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Started out on Ingender then did a bit of both and then LE.
Mainly - low sodium, originally high calcium but later cut this out completely although still a bit of yogurt.
No meat (except for the odd cheats), low fat, high carb. Didn't count calories
No calories before 12pm

8 months but different foods at different times
