I had an early m/c the month before and was going to try this cycle however I was beginning to get ready to sway the following cycle. Diet was not strict but I was skipping breakfast. However I had returned to a normal diet after my BFP with soy sauces and porridge for breakfast.

This was the cycle after m/c and being of the diet, it wasn't a great sway but is very very different to when I conceived the boys, I always ate breakfast with them and salty food. I was losing weight this time and had lost all my competitive urges I used to be so competitive now it's Meh I can't be bothered! I hope it worked this is our last baby.
