Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I had a very loose LE diet. It was difficult for me to jump back on the LE principal. I had a m/c at 7 weeks in Sept. Getting back on the diet after that was not easy.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

4 weeks, but was very loose. Still had meats.

Did you skip breakfast regularly?

Yes

he likes his meat and potatoes..what can I say?!?! haha

Yes, I had 1 drink per day

-skip breakfast

-didn't add salt to my meal
-no snacking (cheated some)

I skipped breakfast everyday except for through my 2ww. SOme days I had to eat something before 10am

My diet was horible.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

yes, I'm not proud of this either. I started this cycle with a BMI of 18.3 (weighing 100 lbs) and started the 2WW with a BMI of 17.7 (97lbs)

I did some yard work (raking leaves) once or twice but that was about it.

We bd 1 day before O 2 times and again one time the following evening.

I got my + opk kind of late in the day. There was only a 5 hr gap between the rephresh and bd-ing the day before ovulation. I added a little more rephresh the morning of Ovualtion and bd-ed that evening.

warm to hot showers before doing the deed, and Dh woul massage my back using lavender massage oil.

nope.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Drinking the crystal light, Using the Vag. gel rephresh, and losing 3 lbs. I had creamy CM the day before O

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

My diet was horrible. We ate a lot of hamburgers this month complete with fries and which I had little self control. I snacked quite a bit too. I had watery CM the day of O but later dried up.

Things worth mentioning:

I had a horrible UTI that I had been fighting for a few days before ovulation. Finally, I woke up one morning and realized it wasn't going away on its own. I called the doctor and started an antibiotic. It was a short course of antibiotics. Taking 2 pills a day for 3days starting one day after ovulation.
