Comments regarding DW's diet changes-I did the LE diet as best I could. I dropped from 132lb to 109lb. I struggled towards the end as BMI dropped to 18. something so had to up calories from 1200 a day to 1600 or even 1800 to hold weight steady at 109lb. I wish I could have got pregnant the month before when I was still losing but wasn't to be. Diet was completely different from when I had the boys.If diet was used, length of time before attempt?I started diet in July. Hubby worked away from home in August so lost a month of trying. September didn't work out and by October my LE diet was nowhere near as good as it was July through to Sept as I was having to hold weight steady grrr!Did you skip breakfast regularly?YesDid DH change his diet with you?NoComments regarding DH's diet-DH refused to participate in any aspect of swaying. DId you try to limit caffeine?Yes, I cutbackAny Diet Details?Never had breakfast. First meal was 12pm every day. Gave up all meat apart from odd cheat bit of chicken. Even ordered salad in McDonald's which I've never done before. I love meat. No fruit really, hardly any veg apart from tomato based sauces. I love tomatoes - I couldn't give them up or I'd have gone insane. Ate mainly white rice based stuff, white pasta, white bread. No breakfast cereal which I ate every day when I conceived the boys. I didn't drink caffeine but I haven't for years anyhow.Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?-WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
