Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Vegetarian for 9 months. Skipped breakfast, lived on diet coke and diet dr pepper. Ate mainly white rice, steamed broccoli and parmesan cheese. Ate chocolate for empty calories. Corn tortillas and cheese. Pasta with parmesan cheese. Ate only 2 meals a day and never snacked.First meal wasn't until 12pm or 1pm. And only had 1200 calories a day on most days.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

That I got pregnant from a pull out so meaning less sperm up there and that there was some still there when I ovulated.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

That I was only back on the diet almost 6 weeks.

Things worth mentioning:

This was definitely a surprise I got pregnant. He was home for 1 day mid deployment. I wasn't supposed to ovulate for another 5 days when we DTD. Well it turns out my body made me ovulate 4 days earlier even on vitex. He pulled out but obviously still some made it. This baby was meant to be no matter what. I drank more alcohol this time. My choice was white wine. I never drank when I conceived my boys and I found wine added calories and helped me relax a lot.
