Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

While i was mainly LE i did start to eat small amounts of chicken and small amounts of fish. My weight was getting too low and i was looking dangerously thin. The bit of extra protein helped my weight stabilise.

With both my boys i didnt drink coffee so this time i added coffee. I had one cup first thing in the morning

I was a CONSTANT grazer and eater!!! Always had something im my mouth!! I have an exceptionally fast metabolism so it was very hard to cut out snacking etc...

I was 49kg (108 pounds) when i started the LE diet

Did you do anything with Ions?

Not really a bit believe but i used Lavender shower gel and lit a couple of lavender candles around the house. The night i O was also the Super Moon so i slathered on some lavender and vanilla body moisturiser.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Being on the diet soooo long.
Hubby abstained 7 days. He also struggled to finish on last attempt so hopefully his swimmers had decreased! He had also started riding again 1 week before attempts

Hoping the Olive Leaf Extract helped...

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

being a bit of a lazy swayer.
not strictly girl timing - an AM attempt day before O, PM attempt day of O and morning attempt day after O... It was different timing to my boys.

My basal body temp was way higher this time than with both my boys or other cycles.
