Cut out red meat, started drinking more caffeine and wine (he DID NOT complain)

Started drinking diet coke instead of Dr Pepper. Cut out full fat dairy, all meat and snacks - except mars bars.

lost average of 8lb a week...I can afford to lose this :-)

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

BMI was 32 at start of le deit now it's 27!!
Weighed 15ish stone now weigh 13st...got more I can shift!!

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

upped my cadio from 30mins to 60mins a day, 6days a week. Dropped all muscle building exercise (was doing 30mins muscular - 30mins cardio)

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

losing this weight is good for me regardless!! The fact that DH is finding this all fun too and is keen to join in!

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

The amount of boys already produced! The niggily feeling that I'm missing something crucial to sway pink. The attempt itself - no confidence on when we should DTD. Some confusion still there.

Things worth mentioning:

So far the way my diet is heading is almost identical to when I had my daughter...

The only thing I will say is maybe ease up a little on the weight loss now you're pregnant. 8lb a week is a fantastic amount of weight to lose, but you need enough nutrients, etc. to maintain the pregnancy.
