Hi,
I don't think this was a particularly good sway at all because we stopped all diet and supps 3 weeks before we conceived. Either way it has apparently worked as I am 23 weeks pregnant with a little girl. Still can't believe it!

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Followed LE diet almost straight after a late miscarriage in february.
Did the diet til mid april when we went on holiday. I lost 7 kg in that time (went from 65kg to 58kg) During the holiday the diet flew out the window and for 3 weeks I ate whatever i felt like and put on 2 kg! WE conceived shortly after we got back home. So not sure if diet was a factor to be honest.
Drank a lot of peppermint tea!!!

approx 6weeks but stopped 3 weeks before attempt

Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes

Did DH change his diet with you?
A little, he hardly ate red meat, i cooked more vegetarian stuff for him. He still ate daily banana though!
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He didn't change much, but actually lost a few kgs too.
DId you consume alcohol?
A couple of drinks per week. During our holiday, I had a glass of wine most nights.

No

Not sure what role the diet and supps actually played because we completely stopped everything 3 weeks before conceiving.

Things worth mentioning:
We travelled long haul to australia from UK, baby was conceived whilst we were still very jet lagged.. not sure if this made a difference. Also, I got pregnant my second cycle after a miscarriage so not sure if that played a role also.

bgtorres - I am still stunned as I was convinced we were having a third boy. I guess its possible the effects of the diet and the supps were still there even after stopping? Not sure. I did read that conceiving quite soon after a miscarriage sways also, so maybe that helped too.
