Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Cut out all meat. Cut right down/out on snacking. Only had breakfast only if necessary (rarely, maybe once a fortnight). Swapped to white bread.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

No change - continued to eat meat. Lots of caffeine (Coke Zero). Pretty much a junk diet.

• A couple of drinks per week

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

No meat. Aspartame in diet coke and yogurt. Lot of white carbs. Used xylitol for sweetener (can't stomach the others)

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

Had tiny amount of meat as a one-off just before o - had horrific indigestion and upset stomach and protein seemed to settle it.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Managed to keep meat free for several months. Very little snacking. Managed to keep weight constantly at all time low without going to the gym (lost 64lb since July 2012).

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Because of prolonged family meets and visits, have had to eat out a lot more than would have liked. Tried to stick to healthier, meat-free options.

Things worth mentioning:

3.5 months TTC since early m/c. Constantly tired but have problems sleeping throughout the night. Am currently on medication for rheumatoid arthritis. Have been to doctors recently for stress/anxiety, neither of which the doctor thought was significant enough to warrant medication at present.

DH on medication for blood pressure and has stressful job.
