Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
This diet was a change for me but I managed.
Breakfast at 11-12 pm normally at 7 am-8 am
Coffee w/ cream and splenda every morning
Diet coke for lunch and sometimes dinner
Gallon of water daily
Snack: Dannon Light Yogurt or Rice Cake
Dinner and Lunch were usually carb and veggie or protein and veggie

I was on diet for over a year and lost 70 lbs- kinda used to it by now

Eats fish and veggies only- and drinks wine every night- no caffine

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Lowest weight since high school
NO EWCM (different from my boys) I always had tons with them.
Cycle was different - some spotting which never happened with my boys- that had to be the vitex.


Things that make me nervous about my sway:

DH didn't change his diet but he was running everyday and no weights.

Things worth mentioning:

7 family members including myself have dreamt of me pregnant and having a baby girl- hope it comes true!

Luckyfourleafclover: Just got my BFP 2/22. I won't be finding out till sometime in May/June. I am a high risk category in pregnancy, so I will be getting monthly ultrasounds and probably that Maternit21 test- which I hear is not so reliable. Last pregnancy, I found out at 15 weeks that he was all boy! we shall see this time :-)

Ask for Panorama! It's available a week sooner and is supposedly the most accurate for gender Also cheaper than MaterniT21+
