Comments regarding DW's diet changes- After 6 months of not conceiving, I had loosened up the diet. I started out very strict... but I was on it so long that I couldn't keep that up. I stayed mostly vegetarian (though I was vegetarian when I conceived 2 of my 3 boys, too), low fat, super light breakfast. I did cut down on salt, garlic, some of the "boy" foods.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? I started doing low cal in Jan 2013 for weight loss purposes after my last ds, then found this site and got a personalized LE diet plan in May. I did the diet religiously for about 6 months...then due to family issues decided to delayed TTC and got totally burned out on the diet. (Note to new swayers: do not start the diet too early!) So it was a loose LE by the time I actually conceived.

Comments regarding DH's diet- His diet is so mega healthy. I was trying anything to get him to eat junk food! Lol! He is a health nut, so eats super low cal, gluten free, dairy free, tons of veggies and Omega 6 oils. And he takes handfuls of supplements a day. I don't even know what all he takes.

DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details? I was drinking more than I usually do...a few drinks a day! Lost more caffeine than I have had in the past, too, mostly just to stave off hunger.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 138lbs/25BMI
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I upped the exercise big time in the month I conceived! I was doing an hour a day on the elliptical or going for long walks with the two little boys in the stroller 5-6 days a week.
weight: I had lost about 30 lbs from Jan 2013, then gained about 12 back over the holidays with loosening my diet. I managed to lose 3 of that right before conceiving. Overall, I was about 10lbs heavier than my lowest weight this year. :/

Any additional supplement info? I took Vitex in the few months leading up to TTC. Month #1 TTC, I did clomid (and had a bad reaction). Month #2 vitex. Month #3 super low dose clomid. Month #4-6 nothing.
I had massive cm that month, so I did take a zyrtec early in the day.
Did you do anything with Ions? My toenails are always painted. And I've been wearing a rose-quartz pendant. Other than that...not really.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales? Nope
Things that make me feel great about my sway: I was exercising like a demon! Lol! We conceived on month #6 of trying, so at that point I was so over TTC. We'd sucked the joy out of "us" so that month I went out and bought hot pink lingerie and we just enjoyed the experience rather than thinking in clinical terms. Things that make me nervous about my sway: I was not at my lowest conception weight by a long way. I had gained back some of the weight I'd lost on the LE diet over the previous year, and my diet was very loose at that point.
