Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I completely cut out meat and breakfast for the duration of my sway. I tried my best to stay within LE limits, but I am breastfeeding still so my fat levels were over more times than I would like to admit.

He didn't really change much.

DId you consume alcohol?

• Often- daily (but not in excess. One or two drinks at very most, and there were days where I didn't drink at all)

I have not had caffeine in my diet for about 4 years. I also have to eat a gluten free diet due to wheat/barley allergies, so I tried to eat as much refined carbs I could within gluten free guidelines.

I did some sort of cardio activity 5-6 days a week for an hour or more. This included hiking, spin class, or walking.

No. I wanted to put a girl outfit under my mattress but we had just moved into our new house and I did not dig out my hidden girl items yet. Haha

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Using clomid, One attempt, Breastfeeding, No breakfast and No meat

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Going over my fat limitations too often. Not doing extremely intense cardio (some days I was just walking fast enough to heighten my heart rate)

Things worth mentioning:

I cannot believe that the clomid helped me get pregnant on the very first cycle! It took 3 years to conceive my youngest DS. I am so excited to be pregnant without having years of waiting. I am just happy to be expanding our family. So far I do not feel like I know what gender baby I am carrying, but I will not be surprised to hear Boy #4.

Thank you kitkat I feel like I did everything that I could do. I changed so much that I am still stuck with girly habits that I am trying to break lol (Like skipping breakfast. I have to force myself to eat in the mornings now) Can't change it now. Baby already is what they will be right? LOL.
