    Thank you. I got the diet from atomic and consulted her about this. I increased empty carbs, starches and things like that, went as long as I could between breakfast and lunch, didn't eat red meat and tried to keep the calories down.

    KS - in this thread http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html there is an option that can be easily done gluten free called "atomic fertility diet" about 5 posts from the top. IT's still a form of LE Diet but it eliminates wheat products
