Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Followed the PCO version more as have heavy PCOS, dieted loosely, never ate before 12, tons of diet soda, lots of cheese & bread and no meat, no healthy fruit & veg, I felt pretty rough and vitamin deficient!

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I lost about 7lbs was still eating a lot but more LE friendly food, I exercised every day just cardio for 35 mins, was told this was better than none because of PCOS

Thanks ladies! I forgot to add that I took inositol starting the month before bfp. Don't know if that helped but is good for PCO symptoms I think?!
