I was very diligent about taking fiber with each meal. I did eat nutrient rich foods when I was with my kids but ate crappy when I was not

I wasn't the best dieter - skipped breakfast and ate less healthy overall. But ultimately i did not want to lose too much weight so did not count calories or nutrients.

Did not diet that much, just moved houses so was very stressed overall. Meant to DTD the day before O but had a mix up with the OPK, so stuck with one attempt two days before.
