Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Absolutely floored at realization of HOW DIFFERENT my diet was before. Even on cheat days (or benders lol) my diet was substantially lower nutrient than my whole entire life.
I axed cream from my morning coffee, but still had it for my drive through a couple times a week. Gave up cereal. Pretty much gave up red meat with the exception of the odd random burger (maybe 3 since March). Gave up eggs (unless they were in stuff... like cake... i couldnt give up cake...lol) Didnt drink milk, but did have the occasional low fat icecream. All the dairy i consumed was low fat (again unless i was out or a special occasion).
I started skipping breakfast in my dry run, starting in January, leading up to my sway - something I never did before...
I was breastfeeding much more at the start of my sway so my cals were always 1500-1800, but then when I could see I wasnt losing anything from that I went 1200-1500, and often still the 1800, just enough to get the weight loss started.
I was often on the low end for protien, and a fair bit maxing out my fat intake (especially toward the end, I added a bit more meat back).
Also chose more pink fats, forgoing my usual olive oil.

Comments regarding DH's diet- He ate what I ate, in fact skipped more meals bc he's terrible at work... drank more beer as well.

DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? I more or less found LE easy; social events were a littel awkward; and the TWW got to be really challenging.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? Around 21.6.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? Lost about 30 pounds all in all. Got down to 117lbs; lowest Ive been in my adult life I beleive - since my teens.
Cardio at the beginning, and then on hold because leading up to O, O, and after O for a bit was incredibly painful. I went full on couch potato the last cycle, but I went from only being able to run/jog like 45 seconds to running a full 60 mins. I was super proud.

Any relevant attempt details? DTD was painful on clomid.. I just wanted him done lol, I hope my lack of enthusiasm helped keep his T tevels in check I totally layed there after.. whereas in the past I J&D everytime within 5 mins. SUPPLEMENTS USED

Any additional supplement info? I started out with Vitex, but screwed that up, and then my inital round of clomd I also screwed up... I basically took 2 rounds of clomid back to back because we were trying to jump start O, and then I did O on my own, but then still took the Clomid starting again day 3.
Also I took the clomid for swaying only, but turned out I had a short luteal phase so I guess it was needed after all.
I was pretty good with the fibre, then I ran out and it took me awhile to get back into it again.
DH did OLE (dont see that option here on the survey), but he was even more wishy-washy than I was with the fibre.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales? Yeah.... silly but I did a tie dye with a heart shape; folded it, and then wrapped a sweet little shabby chic headband around it... tucked it under the bed.
Things that make me feel great about my sway: Where to begin! First of all, I really do feel at ease with whatever outcome I have coming. I had put myself under a ridiculous time limit to nail this down, and while I DID it; I was talking myself into continuing TTC, and figuring the dialogue I would use for my clients. That last month I loosened up on my plans.
I lost a lot of weight, made a lot of big changes, but Im just so glad to be pregnant - Im over the moon over whatever this bubs is made out to be.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Full Moon. LOL
Oh and testosterone. I was on the clomid 4 rounds (including the screwy round) and I think it did raise my T levels a lot.. I broke out like crazy this past cylce.. and in weird places that I typically dont break out (and i dont often break out anyways).
Things worth mentioning: I call my sway the "Wishy Washy Sway".
It was on again off again - Cardio, Fibre, OLE (DH), and towards the end the TWW was murderous and I was not as behaved as I should have been... that being said my "Bad days" were 10x better than my good days before!
