Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I went from eating 4-6 times a day to eating twice a day. I ate at noon and 6pm each day. I went from close to 200g of fat a day to 40-70g. Protein didn't change much I used to average about 32g a day and stayed between 30-50g a day on the diet. I went from 3000-4000 calories a day to 1800-2000.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? I switched to eating twice a day in June 2014. In July I started watching values. I did a strict diet for a few months, then would have terrible cheats for a few weeks then I'd get back on diet. I was on the diet pretty strictly from June 2015 until my bfp this month (September). I had quite a few cheats in May though. So I've been on and off diet for 15 months.

Comments regarding DH's diet- DH is a bird, lol. He's never been much of an eater. Most days he'll eat lunch at work and supper with us, but there has been days that he won't eat all day and his only meal is dinner. (He's been like this forever though).

DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details? I started out pretty strict last year. I cut fat down to 25g a day during the week and allowed myself cheats on the weekends. I think that is why conceiving ended up difficult. The last three months I was at 60g of fat a day and noticed for those three months I got more than one positive opk and actually had painful ovulation!
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? I had a terrible time reaching the 50g of protein I was suppose to get once I was on my personalized plan this June. In the last three months I maybe got 5 days were I got above 40g. I just don't like protein...or meat. I cheated every weekend with extra fatty foods, but never went over 70g of fat.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 17.1 BMI 5'7" 109 pounds
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I exercised 4 days a week for an hour a day. My weight yo-yo terribly these last few months. I went up to 107 from 105, then went back to 105 and jumped up to 110! In August I had a CP and gained 4 lbs!! By my attempt for September I was able to drop to 109, thank God!

Any additional comments? TMI!! Was VERY wet on day of attempt, but it wasn't the watery stuff I used to have when I conceived my boys. It was just a bunch of creamy CM.

Any relevant attempt details? This was the first time I have ever had an attempt this far before ovulation. I was worried with how hostile my cm seemed that there would be no sperm left for the egg. For my last sway we BD'd the day of O and that was our only attempt.

Any additional supplement info? I was on 1600mcg folate, 50mg of Coq10, a multi-vitamin once a week, 5000iu of vitamin D once a week, 65mg iron once a week, and 325mg of magnesium once a week. The only reason I was on these vitamins was because I had quite a few deficiencies and my doctor told me that even if I did conceive at the levels I was at I'd probably miscarry anyway.
Did you do anything with Ions? I wore a rose quart necklace...but I always do so...

Did you use any Old Wives Tales? Not really...I found a cute Minnie mouse painting and hung it over my side of the bed for good luck. I also hid my childhood Beauty and the Beast book between the mattresses since if I do have a girl her name will be Belle. Things that make me feel great about my sway: I changed the amount of times I ate everyday. I dropped the amount of fat considerably. I exercised, which I left out last time. And even though timing doesn't sway, I feel like BDing 2 days before O may have lowered the amount of sperm that met the egg...hopefully swaying a tiny bit towards girl.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: My diet wasn't as perfect as it was in the beginning. I didn't exercise the recommended 6-7 days a week. I actually feel like a conceived a boy...which makes me nervous because I have yet to be wrong. I feel like I should have went vegan because fat was my weakness on the weekends. I also had to increase fat to 60g after a year of getting 25-40 a day...so that obviously upped my fertility. And, of course, the fact that I was on so many supplements.
Things worth mentioning: Even if I have an 80% chance at having another boy, at least I still have that 20% chance at a girl and you never know! I plan to stay team green this time (we'll see) and enjoy spending my pregnancy gender guessing like I did with my first. My pregnancies seem far more fun when the gender is a mystery...I hate dealing with GD for those last 20 weeks.
