Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Loosely followed LE diet, no breakfast, no red meat, no eggs and no snacking. I still ate some chicken though as I found being completely vegetarian tough! I still had a cup of coffee in the morning, and have been drinking more coffee than I used to. Drank white wine. I also completely cut out aspartame as atomic thought that for me personally this may be working against me.

Was on diet for 22wks at time of attempt

DH didn't change diet but as I was eating no red meat he also didn't get it as often

Only exercise was being busy around the house and keeping up with the boys. I went the couch potato route as I just couldn't fit the exercise in.

Previous 2 cycles I J&D after 5 mins, this cycle I decided to prop my hips for maybe 10 mins then switched to my belly for 5mins or so. I got preg with my boys propping my hips so was a little nervous about this but it done the trick.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

That I stuck to no breakfast, no red meat and no snacking. I feel good about eliminating aspartame from my diet. Also feeling positive about DH taking LR and OLE and Vitex for me. Everything is different from with my boys, including DS3's failed sway.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Just the pure fact that I have 3 boys, that I swayed and got an opposite with DS3 (not GD) and that this is definately our last. Nervous that I still ate chicken and I know that the exercise would have been great to do.

Things worth mentioning:

This was a bit of a suprise BFP. I got very sick just after ovulation and had a temp of 39.1 and my Dr thought there wasn't much chance of conceiving this cycle. As my Av LP from FF is 11 days, I tested at 10 & 12DPO with Frer and got a neg, temp went down and I was sure AF was on her way, light dark red bleeding 14 and 15 DPO and on 15dpo I had a weird bout of diarrhoea, tested that afternoon and had a nice BFP

Thankyou ksmom, hoping I haven't jinxed myself posting my sway lol but what will be will be little worried after reading up on high temps in very early pregnancy but no idea if it's significant before implantation etc
