Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I checked LE and No diet plan bc I did really good for the first 4 weeks and then the last 3 I did awful..cheated all the time. My desire for a girl is as high as it's ever been but for some reason my motivation to do the diet just wasn't there..I guess bc one year ago I was so super strict for 12 weeks on the LE diet (when I got a BFN we decided to wait a year) and I was just SO hungry from all the cardio that I couldn't stay on track

7 weeks but didn't do a great job. I still stayed away from all the no no foods like meat and anything healthy (none of my usual eggs, avocado, bananas, nuts, protein bars and shakes, oatmeal, peanut butter etc) but I didn't watch fat grams at all

no diet change but he did take OLE everyday for the 7 weeks

I still stayed away from all the no no foods like meat and anything healthy (none of my usual eggs, avocado, bananas, nuts, protein bars and shakes, oatmeal, peanut butter etc) but I didn't watch fat grams at all towards the end. The last few weeks I ate awful..very high fat foods like donuts and desserts etc. Oh and I didn't do this on purpose but I just didn't want any vegetables or fruits for some reason so had very little of either the 7 weeks

This was the first month I honestly have no idea when I ovulated! If I were to go by the previous months we bd on O day. This was the weirdest month - I never got a positive opk and my cm was tons but always very hostile...it never got egg white/fertile, so I had no clear signs of ovulation..finally just decided to go by when I ovulated the month before. I had a cold so had been taking Nyquil every night for like a week, not for sway reasons just bc I could not sleep without it

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

intense cardio, cutting out all my usual healthy foods, drinking lots of diet drinks, very little meat, one attempt

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

So much! The last 3 weeks I did SO bad on the diet..I stopped counting calories or fat, I snacked, I ate high fat foods like donuts and cakes and cheese pizza.

Things worth mentioning:

I have prayed so hard about having a baby girl..I find out next week the gender and I just have faith that God knows exactly what my family needs. One more week!!! I am so nervous!
