Comments regarding DW's diet changes- LE diet was a huge change for me. Normally ate pretty healthy but also loved icecream and chocolate and everything fatty. Skipping breakfast was the hardest part for me but I really got used to it.

Comments regarding DH's diet- He continued eating the same as he was used to but drank peppermint tea and soy milk.

DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details? I was very strict with LE diet but had some cheats here and there. I had 3 meals a day, no snacking. I ate pretty much the same thing everyday. It was boring but it was easy for me. I was usually always on the lower limits of LE. Ate a lot of white bread, pasta, vegetables, low fat cream cheese and sweets for empty calories.
I started being vegetarian in June, didn't have any meat during this 6 months on LE. Started LE diet in July. Started eating 1600-1700cals a day. I lost weight pretty fast once I started exercise in the end of July so eventually had to eat around 1900cals a day to maintain my weight.
LE diet made changes to my cycle. I started to ovulate later than normally. First cycle of ttc my luteal phase was really short. Atomic advised me to add eggs and full fat dairy. Ttc cycle 2 I was eating an egg every other day and 150g of full fat dairy everyday. That cycle my luteal phase was 14/15 days so probably diet changes helped. Cycle 3 I decreased eggs and full fat dairy (I was worried they would sway blue even though I trust Atomic and appreciate her advise) and wanted to see if my luteal phase stayed normal. That cycle (bfp cycle) ended up being very long.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 52kg, BMI 19,81
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I lost 11kg. I'm at my lowest adult weight.
I exercised 6x60min a week. I ran and walked alot. Sometimes used stationary bike. First months I ran a lot, like 30-40km a week + other cardio but decreased running little bit as I was losing weight rapidly.

How many BD attempts did you make for the BFP cycle? 1 or 2

Any additional comments? BFP cycle was really weird. Normally I have pretty regular cycles (around 28 days) but when on LE diet my cycles changed. I started to ovulate later, on cd19-21. On bfp cycle I got +opk on cd19 and we had our attempt then. We had unprotected sex 5 days after and then some days after that, I can't remember exactly. I was certain I would ovulate the day after +opk so wasn't that careful anymore. Obviously I ovulated later as I got bfp on cd40 (started testing sooner but got bfns). I have never had a cycle this long. So now I'm little nervous if we had more than one attempt in the fertile window as I only wanted to have one. But on the other hand I'm glad we had other "attempts", otherwise I probably wouldn't be pregnant now.

Any relevant attempt details? DH did regular release before our main attempt at +opk. I jumped and dumped after 10min on our main attempt but obviously I didn't ovulate then. When we had unprotected sex two times after the main attempt (5 days after +opk and few days after that), I got up straight away and wiped.

Any additional supplement info? I started to use Vitex in June but I felt really strange when taking it so I stopped taking it. DH took cranberry and drank peppermint tea and soy milk but wasn't always taking the recommended doses. Some days he forgot to take/drink them.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: The length of the diet, the weight loss and the exercise
Things that make me nervous about my sway: The fact that I don't know if we had more than one attempt in the fertile window as I don't know when I eventually ovulated.
Things worth mentioning: I had antibiotics for UTI in the bfp cycle. Also had flu before ovulation.
DH used tight underwear the whole time I was on the diet! Normally he wears boxers.
All in all I feel great about my sway as I did absolutely everything I could. I started my sway really strict and was quite obsessive about it but as the time moved on I became more relaxed.
Having a daughter is my dream and I really hope this helped me to get her. But if we will have a third boy he will be much loved and it was meant to be. This will be our last child and I'm really happy I found this forum. I want to thank Atomic for her help and guidance and all the lovely ladies here!
