Ions:
- Plant at bedside

Diet:

-For about 2 months prior to attempt avoided the big no nos (but not 100%)-bananas, tomatos, potatos and red meat. I did cheat here and there.

-Tried to eat 80% vegetarian (2 months)

-Avoided breakfast and snacks but some days I cheated

-Drank coffee every day, no soda, and wine (red) most nights (a glass)

Supplements:

None

DH

-DH cut down his intake of red meat, but not entirely

Exercise:

-1hr of cardio at least 6 days a week (hot yoga) for 2 months before attempt (I typically run though so before that was still very active running 5-20k/week, just not every day so I modified)-that was expensive!

pH:

-Nothing? We used lube (astroglide)

Timing:

- 3 day cutoff, one attempt only

-DH abstained for 7 days before

Extras/for fun:

- No big O for me

- I was on top and walked around after

-BD in the am
