Some of the nutrients are not well stored so you do need to keep getting those via diet or supps - Vit. C and most of the Bs are usually in plentiful supply on a sensible (nonstarvation) LE Diet. But B12 your body is good at storing for most women of childbearing age.
You do need to be careful to be getting enough potassium every day - 2500-3500 mg is the minimum your body needs.
Over time Zinc and iodine can also be depleted but for now we don't need to worry about those ones just yet. Hopefully you'll get pregnant quickly and can just pick up with prenatal upon BFP.

Don't mess around trying for shallow release. That has never once been proven in any way to actually sway at all and additionally it really cuts odds of conception. I know this because I've had several people who could not seem to get pregnant for many months (DTD naturally) and then lo and behold, I eventually came to find out that they were always doing shallow release still!! Even when they were doing literally everything else to get pregnant, they had kept going with shallow, and then once we corrected that they got pregnant right away. Additionally with TBM, you just lose some of the "stuff" along the way by the very nature of the process so I don't want you to end up with nothing there to greet the egg when she shows up.
Acijel has been neutral in our results and it does cut odds of conception. Use at your own discretion and it may be among the first things you want to drop.
Re douching - yeah I am just not a fan of it especially in this type of scenario. If you feel that you must give it a try, that's fine, just use a storebought douche no sooner than 4-6 hours before the insemination and again, it may preferably be something you want to drop sooner rather than later.
I would start off doing one attempt and then add more attempts as you go. I do want to assure you, though, that with our two people who were doing TBM for boys (one same sex couple, one couple who had MFI) and then we have had one other couple who also did TBM (without the splime and low pH stuff) with the husband's sample trying for pink for personal reasons all three of them did get girls without any of the IG recommended stuff. I strongly believe something about the TBM process sways pink regardless so we just need for you to conceive without preventing that from happning!!

how much do I need to be taking in to remain pregnant? I have had 2 miscarriages before so definitely don't want to go through another one, both were before 6 weeks.
I haven't physically tested my Ph levels, I don't need the vitamin c nor any other supplement, I was taking them because from what I had read they swayed girl. I believe it was of a site called ingender. I have stopped taking them all apart from the folic acid which I will now increase to the amount you have suggested
I had only been taking the supps for 3 days when I wrote this so thankfully they weren't in my system to long and hopefully don't effect my sway this month!
Vitamin B12 was again just for the sway, not official need for it at all.
excellent!!
I like you guys at 1500-1800 cals, 40-50 g protein, 30-60 g fat. Don't cut back any more than that, this is the low-normal range for a healthy pre-pregnancy diet as recommended by the World Health Organization.
No worries on pH, I no longer believe in it after researching into the biology of how it might work and finding out it was all a bunch of stuff and nonsense. i got my 4th boy with a pH of 4.5 (I was on Ingender at that time) so I know it's not very reliable anyway.

Most people can get pregnant with a reasonable amount of caff intake. 3 cups is what most of us have done and been able to conceive just fine that way. It may be something in coffee itself and not caffeine so if the caff is worrying to you, try decaf coffee.

Hey Atomic,
I'm so sorry for not replying, we have been super busy! Cycle#1 was a fail, had day 21 bloods done which shows I did ovulate and my progesterone levels were good after all. They were at 40.9!
For some unknown reason my temps didn't escalate much higher then the cover line after ovulation this cycle. I also had an ultrasound done at 7DPO and my lining was only at 5mm!! That's absolutely terrible no baby can implant in that, needless to say I gave up all hope for this cycle after that scan.
Then to top it all off AF arrived at 9DPO, again not long enough to sustain a pregnancy.. My DR won't prescribe clomid or progesterone cream as she isn't allowed to only a fertility specialist can here. I don't think clomid would benefit me much any way, it is known to thin out lining and since its already super thin it could make matter worse.
I'm so stuck on what to do, I'm also bummed. We had the perfect cycle until after ovulation, only 1 attempt, stuck to the diet, ovulated right on usual time. argh! Oh well, try again!
I've added these into my diet (Apparently meant to help thicken uterine lining)
Red raspberry leaf tea x2 a day CD1-13
Pomegranate juice x1 cup a day CD1-13
Vitamin E tablet 1x 500mg a day Whole cycle.
Vitamin E and Folic Acid are the only supps I am taking.
Folic acid I am taking 1,500mg daily, As well as sticking to the LE diet and getting around 1,800 calories a day to maintain my weight of 54kgs at 164cm height.
I honestly hope this doesn't sway blue to much, if it does I don't know what else to do.
This is stressful
Edited to add I also had VERY minimal EWCM, I'm not sure what to do there either as preseed sway blue for the most part.

Your problem is not progesterone, it's estrogen.
I want you to drop the Vit. E immediately as that is not the issue and Vit. E may mess up cell division (not what you want when you're trying to get pregnant)
What most doctors would do in this case is give you Clomid + estradiol for the lining. But that having been said, this was just one cycle and it may very well be the case that in future months your body would have fixed that (and still can)
I want you to start eating 1 serving full fat dairy every day, 6 eggs a week, and 1 serving salmon or red meat every week. This will give you the raw materials you need to make estrogen. Drop fiber if taking it.
Keep going with RRLT and pom juice.
