Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I am so excited to finally be back to post my own sway. I started following this site after my second son was born in 2016, and began incorporating the diet into my lifestyle Dec. 2017 (skipping breakfast, eating mostly vegetarian, upping coffee consumption + cinnamon), we started TTC July 2018. In November, I told myself I was "taking the month off" from tracking so closely, as we had a wedding, a weekend trip, and Thanksgiving, plus I didn't want to have a baby in August. Well wouldn't you know that was the month we got pregnant, after 6 cycles.
With both of my boys I got pregnant the first cycle trying.
I skipped breakfast most days of the week (allowing myself a cheat some weekends with my family), ate lunch around 12:30 most days, stayed between 1500-1800 calories. I lost about 25 pounds between spring 2018 and fall 2018.

approx. 50 weeks (just under a year)

Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes - he also ate mostly vegetarian
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He always skips breakfast, drank chocolate soy milk a lot of days but dropped in the fall when we weren't getting pregnant
Did you consume alcohol?
3-5 drinks/week
Did you try to limit caffeine?
No, I upped my caffeine to @2 cups of coffee in the morning with a splash of milk + cinnamon
Any Diet Details?
We ate vegetarian 80% of the time, allowing for chicken or fish 1-2 times a week. NO red meat at all except for the month we got pregnant, LOL.
I had a giant steak at the wedding we went attended!
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I definitely got more lax in the month we conceived. I had big cheat meals at the wedding, on our out of town weekend, and Thanksgiving day.
My biggest worry was that we conceived the day after Thanksgiving. I did keep with skipping breakfast even in this "lax" month, and ate smaller meals all
weekend following Thanksgiving.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
BMI 23, 5'6" at attempt. Prior to starting LE diet BMI was around 27.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Went on walk/jogs around our neighborhood for 60mins/5 days a week all summer. Starting late October, I got really sick for several weeks and stopped doing this. I was on antibiotics the first week of November and laid around a lot. :/ Another reason I had planned on "being off" from conceiving this month.

Emergen-C: I had a terrible sore throat for a month that I couldn't get rid of. This was the only thing that brought some relief. So it wasn't a purposeful sway tactic but I did take a ton of it the month of November, in addition to an antibiotic.

Soy milk throughout the summer but had dropped by Nov.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Not exactly an old wives tale but I made a vision board that had all these mothers and daughters together and pictures of little girls I had cut out from magazines and posted it above my dresser.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Stuck with the diet for a long time and skipped breakfast/ate vegetarian consistently throughout. Lost weight all summer and stuck with lower protein range/very little meat. Was sick most of the month we conceived and on antibiotic.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Less exercise the month we conceived and a few big cheats, one of which was the day before we conceived! Taking Emergen-C, I had read some stories on here about people who were taking it and got boys, and I took it a lot this month because of being sick.
Things worth mentioning:
I am so grateful to have found this site and for all the info. I think incorporating the skipping breakfast, cutting out snacking (ate 2 meals a day) and no meat early and sticking with it was a big help, and a big change from when I conceived my boys, where I was eating more throughout the day. I am still in shock and can't believe we're having a girl. We got the results at the ultrasound last month, but kept it hidden in an envelope in our closet before we finally looked last weekend. Atomic, I can't thank you enough for the help you have been to me and so many women around the world! This site is truly incredible!

Congrats! That’s lovely for you I just started proper on my LE diet today - my tummy is rumbling and I’ve had breakfast (delayed) and lunch, haha! Hats off to you for sticking to two meals.
