Main things are Le Diet for 12 weeks, coffee, alcohol, one attempt: do the deed at positive opk, or you can do every 4 days starting right after your period ends. Then go every four days after and continue until you are sure you ovulated or your period is supposed to come again. Also you can dtd when you get positive opk and then follow up with every four days. 60 minutes of cardio 6-7 days a week. Clomid or femara if you can get a hold of it.
