Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Did not eat red meat around time of O. Did not eat breakfast at all, until Christmas morning. Was not super strict this time, but did stick with no red meat and no breakfast.

Did not eat red meat at home since I was not cooking it, but he could have had some at lunch.

I do not drink coffee, and for tea it was ginger turmeric tea. I did have occasional sips off of a 5 hour energy when I was really struggling.

I was lack on the diet, I had an orgasm, and had not really lost the few pounds I put on from my prior pregnancy that ended in a MC.
