Things that make me feel great about my sway:

The fact that I ate very little on my ovulation day. Keeping my bloodsugar very low. The fact that I exercised a lot.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Because I became infertile for months and my lp went to only 8 days I increased my intake of calories to lengthen my lp. Took some tiny bits of salmon, ate some eggs. Also at the end it was very difficult to stick to the diet, so in the waiting weeks I ate more normal. After AF came I went strictly back to the diet

Things worth mentioning:

It took me 11 months to became pregnant. It was a long and heavy time but all worth it. Thanks to my sway friend who guided me all the time. And thanks to Atomic for the advice when I became infertile. I am so very happy!
