Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

My diet was completely different from when I conceived my boys and even from when I conceived my sway opposite boy, didn't count calories but I cant imagine I was eating more than 1800 a day. Lots of veggies and fruit, no dairy, sweets, occasional cheat, lots and lots of salt. Some days I was likely over limits but other days under so probably averaged out over my time on the diet

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He eats high fat, high salt foods, very unhealthy eater. Has takeaways quite often, is currently at his highest adult weight.

• A couple of drinks per week

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

I would drink black coffee with sugar up to 6 times a day. I also switched to diet coke.

My weight was approximately 10st 3lb, b.m.i I think was 23.1

I was exercising at least 4 times a week for one hour, I would do more days when able to around my work commitments

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Length of time exercising, time on diet, working nights and late evenings contributed to having very little sleep, had days where I would be falling asleep in the middle of the day, my husband smokes and drives buses for a living so his swimmers are probably not the best, I felt much more relaxed this time around, not obsessing over every tiny detail, drinking black coffee as I have never done that before. I had just come off birth control the month before which I'm hoping swayed for me a little

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

The fact that I conceived straight away and the few cheats I had and the fact I've had 3 boys in a row

Things worth mentioning:

I am pregnant with twins so have everything crossed that at least one is a girl
