Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I started losing weight this past summer. I have been skipping breakfast for the past few months. Continued to lose through the holidays and into the New Year. I didn't know I was going to be planning to sway in March - but I was eating low carb.

When we decided we were going to sway, he cut out red meat.

Comments regarding DH's diet-
He didn't really change anything, he wasn't losing weight when I was losing weight.

I drink a lot of coffee lol That's my norm though.

I had a little trouble going over on my protein grams each day.

117 pounds (I'm 5 foot 4 inches).

I lost about 10 pounds in the past 8 months. No exercise really except for long walks with my family.

I had a weird cycle and ovulated 2-3 days earlier than I was expected. Thank goodness I was using OPK's and tested 2x in one day or I would have missed it.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Losing weight... Smallest I have been in a long time! No lifting weights, Skipping breakfast, One attempt, Already have had two successful girl sways,

I lost my mom completely unexpected right after Christmas... so January was full of grief, sadness, loss... this is the main reason that I decided to go ahead and sway again because I realized that I may not get the chance to again... Life is too short.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:
The only thing I'm really nervous about is eating too much protein and having much EWCM at our attempt.

Things worth mentioning:
I am a carrier of an X-linked genetic disease that I only affects boys - that's why I sway for girls : )

Quick q - when u say u bed 1 day before O, how do u work out 1 day? Like i bed one attempt at pos opk but i dont know if i ovulated one, two or three days after?
Also did u feel anything different in the TWw

We were using OPK’s. We BD’d at positive OPK and the next day I felt ovulation cramps and had more EWCM. Then it immediately switched to creamy within a few hours.

I wasn’t using temps, but my best guess would be that I ovulated the day after my positive opk.
