Congratulations! That’s fantastic!
Thanks for sharing your sway. It always gives me hope when I read successful sways.
I was just like you - I’m vegan and when I started tracking on MFP I wasn’t eating very high calories, but was eating really high fat - my vices were nuts and seeds, so I’ve hardly had any since starting the PCOS LE Diet, so reading your sway and hearing that you’ve been successful really gives me hope.
Enjoy planning for the arrival of your daughter!!!!

Hi LA Girl. Many thanks! Yeah tracking on MFP is a real eye opener isnt it?! All the bread i used to eat was always covered in seeds that alone sky rocketed my fat intake for the day. I found it easier just to cut them out completely too. It really paid for me to take my time swapping food around day by day and getting used to hitting the protein and fat goal before ttc. I think that was the most difficult bit of the LE diet. Once id cracked that then sticking to goals was manageable and not so stressful. Ill def be using the LE diet to shift the baby weight after finishing bf Ironic that im now trying to eat as many nuts and seeds i can lay my hands on now ive low iron levels in pregnancy! Wishing you the very best of luck with your sway

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
