Vegetarian. Stopped drinking protein shakes. We had a drink or two most nights.

Ate very differently than with my boys. Before I was constantly snacking. Loved meat and nutrient dense foods.

Clomid, shallow release with sylk, never had breakfast and ate around noon everyday. The fact that DH changed his diet with me and took the OLE.
