Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I have been vegetarian/vegan for a long time, so cutting out meat wasn't a problem for me!
I started with eating much less than I should. I was still breastfeeding my 20 month old son 1-2 times a day. I thought it would help my sway and he obviously still enjoyed it very much so we continued.
I started with 1800-2000 cals a day and 50g of p and f. Often I was under the 50g of fat. But I soon realized I lost too much weight and my LP (days of ovulation - AF) became very short. It usually ranged from 11-13 days and on the diet it was 8-9 days.
So Atomic recommended to stop losing weight since I was already under 21 BMI. I started with 21,55 and ended up at 20,55. It wasnt that much weight loss, but everyone recognized it and started asking me if I was okay.
At some days it seemed taht I even gained a bit, but still my weight was the lowest I had convieved on. (With the boys I had weighed 13 lbs more)
I aimed for 2200-2400 cals a day, and 60g of fat and protein, not under that! Otherwise I would have lost weight again. That seemed very much to me for the LE diet, but the no-snacking and the low fat and protein swayed on its own, so I continued like this for the last 2 months. To up the cals I daily ate much sugary food and fat free sweets...wouldn't consider this as healthy though!
I often had (much!!) whole grain bread with a little vegan butter and bananas/ fruit for breakfast, which I tried to push back as much as I could. Before that only coffee with a splash of almond milk w/o carbs and sugar in it with sweetener. Breakfast usually was at 10:30-11:00 am.
The next meal was at 2-3 pm, often fruit with ice-cream or cake and coffee.
For dinner (6-7 pm) I often had potatoes with hot sauce or a little avocado and bread again with vegan butter, or whole grain pasta with veggie and tomato sauce. After my LP became so short, I added in 1 egg daily and a full fat greek yoghurt a day. I never had a problem with reaching the protein limit, on the contrary. But I always had a problem with reaching the fat. So I started to add in avocado or butter on the potatoes and tried to use full fat soy milk.
Oh, but I tried tzo limit "healthy fats" and swapped the olive oil for canola and ate much vegan butter instead of regular. I also dind't eat much dairy until Atomic adviced to eat it once a day.
I convieved the 2nd month and couldn't believe it!! With DS1 it also was 2 months of ttc, but with DS2 it was 5 months!

Comments regarding DH's diet- He ate as usual, meat at work and almost always vegetarian at home.

DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details? I drank 3 coffees daily, with almond milk and sweetener before or between meals (had almost no carbs in it..) and with regular or soy milk during meals.
Was much more coffee than before!!
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? I hated the LE diet, which was a good sign I think... the no-snacking-part was the hardest for me. I was used to eat avery 2 hours at least!! I often felt dizzy or headache :-(
We drank alcohol daily after the kids were in bed, which was technically a cheat since it was 2 hours after dinner, but I couldn/Woukldn't change that!
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? I weighed 142 lbs and lost 6.5 lbs. (Height: 173cm = 5.67 ft)
BMI was 21,55 before and 20.55 after diet.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I dind't work out in the common sense but walked A LOT with DS2 in the pram. We usually started in the moring by walking DS1 to kindergarden and I had my low carb coffee to go. It was 4 miles every day, approx. 45-70 min. But it wasn't all at once when he sometimes didn't cooperate in the pram anymore or wanted to feed the swans etc.
But I once read that fat burning starts from the very beginning of every excercise, but if your blood contains carbs (high blood sugar) youir body will burn that sugar first and only a little fat. But since my blood sugar was veeeery low in the morning I thought that my body burned fat from the very beginning and it wasn't important that I worked out 60 min at once. Sometimes it was splitted into 2 parts in the morning and in the afternoon too.
I wouldn't have had the energy of "regular" working out, the diet really got me!!

Any additional comments? We BD on the day of my (what I thought) first and best pos opks (CD 15). The day after(CD 16) the opks was negative again and so I thought it was fine. But the next day (CD17) it became an almost positive again before lunch, two hours later it faded again. We had sex that night too, just for fun and because I was in the mood.
So I really dont know when O accured. The temp shift was on CD 18 and the first two U/S scans pointed to O on CD 17.
So maybe we had two attempts... maybe the second one was right after ovulation, no one knows!
I think DH abstained a few days before our first attempt.

Any relevant attempt details? We DTD standing at our first attempt, and I went to the bathroom right after. The second attempt was missionary I think, but I'm pretty sure I also went to the bathroom afterwards. Then we slept.

Any additional supplement info? I started with taking fiber, but my LP was getting shorter and shorter (8-10 days max) and Atomic adviced me to drop it because I needed the all of the fat I was eating.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales? I concieved in a girl month accoring to the Chinese Calendar... this was on purpose, the months June, July or August would have been pink months and I concieved in July. :-D
Things that make me feel great about my sway: The fact that I was still BF, thought that would help my sway
The diet was a huge life style change, esp. the no snacking!!!
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I didn't sway too hard, in the last weeks I often had a 4th little meal or snacked cucumber in between. I often cheated and ate too much protein or too much overall, at least once a aweek during the whole sway....!
I had to eat 2400 cals a day, otherwise I would have lost weight agian. Thought that this was too much for the LE diet.
