Trying again after miscarriage
So I had been ttc a girl and on the LE diet for about 13 maybe 14 weeks prior to my bfp. I started bleeding right after the bfp, so i assumed it was a cp. It stopped after a week or so and days later I was still getting a bfp. But much darker so I went in for bloodwork. My hcg was rising normally so they set me up for an ultrasound, which was today. I should be 6+2, but the sack was barely large enough to be measured and was abnormal and no fetal pole. Also, no heartbeat. They sent me in for another hcg draw and I will find out tomorrow what it was. They pretty much said to prepare for miscarriage and would be following up with me weekly until hcg goes all the way back down. I am positive on dates so I know that's not it. Anyway, my question is with swaying, do I need to wait the whole 12 weeks on LE diet again? I have not been on it since the bfp and I started eating breakfast again the last week or so. Any advice on this would begreat! I am on metformin for prediabetes and take an aspirin each day. Oh and I also started the prenatal vitamins the last week or so.

No you don't need to do the full 12 weeks over again. Just pick it up with diet when you're ready and come off the prenatals.
Why are you taking an aspirin every day? (under a doc's guidance?) You should definitely wean back on them to every other day or even every two days as they can make you bleed very heavily when experiencing a loss.

Oh ok, I have a history of blood clots so that's why I take it. ( along with lovenox, but only once determined viable)My high risk dr. Told me to take it, but I haven't seen her yet for this pregnancy.

Ah ok see you're the person who actually NEEDS it! I would def. give the doc a call to be sure what they want you to do during the active bleeding phase of the loss just to be on the safest side.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
