Comments regarding DW's diet changes- keeping it simple but basically cut out breakfast cereals and milk and keep on avoiding meat like I always have; sticking with carbs
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? Ive always preferred carbs over protein. Started cutting out cereal and milk 2 weeks before attempt.

Things that make me nervous about my sway: I got a late start but don’t have time to wait so I’m just going for it. Also not sure if my unhealthy mostly carb diet will help, but hopefully it will!
