I use jamieson folic acid and take 1mg (1 tab) daily. I got it from Walmart though.

Thanks hotlikemexico for the suggestion! I agree cheese is a great source of fat. I will add that or natural peanut if I need a little more. Yesterday I did better and had 56g of protein and 48g of fat and still 1700 calories. So I just need to bump up my fat a little. I honestly felt so much better just bumping them both up a bit. I will continue to aim between 50-60g of fat though! Even peanut butter on a whole grain rice cake would do the trick or a little cheese and crackers.

Thank you!! Anyone else start breaking out after starting exercise? I’m starting to and panicking about hormones levels etc. I really hate doing things differently from my last successful sway... I’m definitely swaycessing
